Welcome to Corevia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products offered through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through trycorevia.store, affiliated sales channels, and authorized Corevia subscription programs.

2. Orders and Subscriptions

One-Time Purchases

You may purchase Corevia products as a one-time order at the full retail price if offered on our website.

Subscription Options

Corevia offers flexible subscription plans designed to support your wellness goals at a discounted price compared to single-purchase orders.

Current subscription plan options include:

  • 1-Month Supply Subscription — billed and shipped every month
  • 3-Month Supply Subscription — billed and shipped once every three (3) months
  • 6-Month Supply Subscription — billed and shipped once every six (6) months

All subscriptions:

  • Renew automatically based on the selected supply interval
  • Continue until canceled by the customer
  • May be modified, paused, skipped, or canceled anytime through the customer portal, unless noted otherwise
  • Are billed to the payment method on file at the time of renewal

There is no minimum term requirement for any subscription, unless otherwise stated.

3. Subscription Discount Policy & Early Cancellation Rule

Corevia subscription pricing is discounted compared to standard one-time purchase pricing. This discount is provided in exchange for continued participation in the subscription program.

If a customer purchases a subscription and cancels before the second subscription charge is processed, Corevia will require reimbursement of the subscription discount previously applied.

In this case, the customer agrees to:

  • Pay the difference between the discounted subscription price and the regular one-time purchase price, or
  • Authorize Corevia to charge this difference through the customer’s self-service subscription portal

This policy exists to prevent intentional misuse of subscription pricing incentives.

By purchasing a subscription, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this billing adjustment if early cancellation occurs.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order—whether it is a one-time purchase or the first shipment of a subscription.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first delivery. Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to process.

Note: The 30-day guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to subsequent subscription shipments, renewals, or re-orders.

Refunds issued under the 30-day guarantee do not automatically remove subscription pricing obligations if the subscription is canceled before the second billing cycle.

5. Shipping

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping averages 3–5 business days depending on destination. Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and may vary.

6. Product Use & Safety

Please consult a healthcare provider before using any dietary supplement, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or living with a medical condition.

Corevia products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, text, images, packaging, videos, trademarks, and product designs — is the property of Corevia and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Corevia is not liable for damages, losses, misuse of products, delays in delivery, or unauthorized account activity.

You agree to use Corevia products responsibly and in accordance with labeled instructions.

9. Changes to These Terms

Corevia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued site or purchasing activity constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
